EMBOSSER Standard Info

All embossers are made for standard paper & stationery though 80% of our clients use them for cardstock, folders and everything in between. You may also want to consider buying some of our foil or color seals to emboss & then putting them on the folder. That's most popular.  Make sure you get the embosser that has the reach you need now or may need in the future.

When embossing heavier materials get 1 of the heavier embossers.  The longer reach is the standard size embosser & is about 3 times as heavy as the smaller models.  That & the EXTRA long & Long Reach Cast Embossers are recommended for heavier materials and for a folder or cover we highly recommend the Extra long reach and the CAST long reach.  They are Heavier than the longer reach  with the CAST reach being the heaviest for a better impression. 

These heavier models are also recommended for the seals. 

When ordering online - when you go to pay you will see a large "Special Instructions" box.  Make a note like "for seals" or "for diploma covers"  We will try to engrave deeper also for a better image - no extra charge.  If faxing or mailing the form make the same notes on the order form…..make sure you do this in large writing to make sure we see it….and can Read It. 

Also – all embossers are made to emboss from the bottom.  If you want it to emboss from the top, left or right of the page you must let us know so we can do the seal.

Corporate Seal

For a corporate seal we require 1 of the following - Please fax to 815-675-2751 (USA) a copy of the business license, or a company purchase order for this embosser, or on the companies standard letter head a letter stating that you are ordering a corporate seal and make sure pertinent phone number are included and the name of the person authorized to purchase is printed clearly & this person has signed it.
